He defines the individual’s writing trace as a body–sign complex, which is the direct act of writing itself. Through private narratives, his video works interact this complex with writing mediated by technical systems. His recent practice further investigates how this complex becomes embodied knowledge in the algorithmic computation context and its impacts on materiality and ecology.
Recent exhibitions include: "2022 Taiwan Biennial" (National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, Taichung), "When Attitude Becomes Epistle" (Hengshan Calligraphy Art Center, Taoyuan, 2022) , "Radical Forms of Writing" (Hong-gah Museum, Taipei, 2017) and "The Gaze of Singularity" (Art Stage, Singapore, 2017).
